What have you been up to for the last three decades?
I am a soon-to-be divorced mom of 4 smart and beautiful kids-twins Mike'l and Mikia, Paris and Tre'y. I have a sweet Maltese puppy named Baby. I love photography, making gourmet chocolates, and I hope to open a day spa in the near future. I have lived in Japan, the Philippines, Florida, Texas and now in GA. My twin daughter works for the DEA and is in the USAF Reserves, my twin son just graduated with a Bachelors' in Computer Science and wants to design video games (go on make that money for your mama-LOL), Paris is a sophomore at Jacksonville State U, and Trey is 16, 6'5" and a talented athlete-need I say more? No grandkids yet (thank goodness-I am too young for that! LOL). My guys are working on graduate school and staying on the Dean's list! I have some pics of my family posted on here. I hope to move back to Florida (I miss the beach!) and would love to travel to Fiji/French Polynesia someday. It's great seeing you guys! Please drop me a line!
What's your fondest memory of the band?
The Disney trip and the Mardi-Gras parade...
Anything else you want to share?
A lot of us are on Facebook, if you didn't already know!
How are YOU. I am living in backwoods Tennessee with a pediatric practice. Happy to see you found this interesting little group. Even Mr. Morrow has joined. Will write again Charlie
Hello Sonji, this is Allison Shaffer, Charlie's little sister. He, Byruce and Steve are still good friends even though Charlie lives in Tennessee. I remember you from the time that the band went Christmas Caroling and someone caught your hair on fire with their candle. After we got the fire out, i remember you beating whoever did it with your purse because you always carried a lot of change in the bottom for protection. I will let Charlie know you are on here.
I sure remember you! Thanks for posting all the great pics. I'm glad you found us. If you run into anyone else in cyberspace from that era send them over.
Hey, Sonja! It has been a LOONNGGG time. We had all kinds of classes together. Whatever happened to "Bubble-Lady" that you used to tell us about in Home Ec? Sounds like you have been all over. Three years in Germany was enough traveling for us. Now we're in Birmingham with grown kids. I will have to admit, though, grandkids are great - you can play with them and then send them home at night!
Welcome to Scott' Cullens most excellent band reunion website, Sonja! You've got quite a clan there, but I can't tease you too much because I have 4 kids myself. Tell me about Japan - I'm living quite a bit in Seoul. -Chris Lott (ex-tuba player)
