Chris, this is just so wonderful! I have to tell you....my senior year, I was SUPPOSE to be participating in that parade, but my dad was transferred to Memphis and we had to move - I never even got to see it on television so this mean soooooo much to me! Thank you so much!!! :)
Chris, Thank you and your mother SO much for this. I also thought I'd never see this again. It actually brought me to tears, and I remembered everything like it was yesterday! Thanks!
I am so glad you posted this. I never in my wildest dreams thought I would be able to watch this again, and it was so fun to show it to my teenage kids! Thanks!

Wow I couldnt see me but the band sounded great and work on those straight lines that Macys Thanksgiving Parade was long and coold but we felt no cold
Man that '78 group could fall back into straight line formation after a performance like nobody's business. Those were the good 'ole days.

"Attired as befit their name, the Red, White and Blue up from Homewood High School in Homewood Alabama for their first Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade..." who wrote this copy, Morrow? I like that first phrase.
